Yea, there's that belief and then their the belief that new oil is being created from deeper underground.  I can only wonder if it's discovered that the Earth has a never ending supply of oil what the environmentalist would do.

Texas is full of oil Alberta is full of oil.

The states and Canada have their own oil and  who is making the profits from the gas sales... ?

The day diesel cost more at the pump than gas my mouth fell open as I am know that it is cruder than gas and it takes less to create it so what gives there? It is a gouge and I maintain that there is NO real gas crisis except one of the beurocrats creation. Hip and hype mean nothing to me facts are what speak volumes. Prices go up every year at the same time and that is when more people are able to be on the roads. Is that not evident all over the country? every long weekend and every summer.
