Hi, I need something to read, any suggestions would be great!

My favourite books are:

Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants by Anne Brashares

Harry Potter by JK Rowling

Twilight and The Host by Stephenie Meyer

The Uglies series By Scott Westerfeld

The truth about Forever by Sarah Dessen

Please tell me a little bit about the book/books, but don't give the plot away!

  1. You have to read Don't Die, My Love. The title sounds a little corny I know, but I read it, and cried. It's basically a teen romance novel. One of the best.

Umm Tiger Eyes is also an awesome book. It's about a girl who struggles with the recent death of her father. One of my favorites.

Here are some more non depressing books:

    Shock Point (Kidnapping)

Fairest (A twist on a fairytale)

The Gossip Girl Series (Almost done)

And Walk Two Moons is really good

  10. Princesses diaries - all 8 parts.

  11. Tess Gerritsen is great. She writes medical thrillers. I have read most of her books. I loved them...check her out. She went to med school so they are fairly detailed and accurate

  12. Warriors by Erin Hunter

  13. Maximum Ride- James Patterson.

There are these 6 kids who were brought up in a lab and they have WINGS! They can fly! They escaped from the lab and basically the scientists who created them are always trying to get them back. I have read almost all of the books you have, and I was skeptical about these, but they are really good! I read the first one in 1 day. I highly recommend them!

  14. I just finished The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. It's a brilliant book, but it's kind of sad. I'm sure you will love it because it fits in perfectly with the books you've already read.

  15. Ohohohohoho, YES.

It might be a bit too much for you if you're very religious,

or if you're not up to the adult percentile range reading level,

but my absolute favorite book was one that I recently read.

    Took me a while too.

    Now, it's my number one.

It's called 'Good Omens: The Nice and Acurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter' - by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman.

It's a book about the end of the world, told by two British men who are fantastic with comedy. It's a perfect mix of horror, with romance, along with lots of mysteries, the balance of good and evil, throw in a bit of religion and action, and viola! The bets book ever.

If you think it might be a bit to harsh for reading (which at times it is) try Terry Pratchett's Discworld Series, starting with the book 'The Wee Free Men.' I haven't read it in a while, but it's really good, and I love them.

It's about a girl who finds herself becoming a witch's apprentice, not knowing the complete powers that she has in herself. Not only does she have to now find out her own powers limits, something comes up that only she can help with. (It sounds confusing, but I don't want to give it away. ;] )

You can research these books a bit more, but I would recommend them any day.

    Happy reading!

    :D

  16. The Dangerous Days of Daniel X maybe?

  17. The janet evanivitch "stephanie plum bounty hunter series"

    hilarious!
