  1. take some voice lessons!

  2. hey, my band will like buy ur songs, i know u don want other people using them but we could use them and "promote" you, i dont really know the word, we could use your name on our EP. We'll help u.

  3. i'd sing "I'm me" because no one can diss your voice if you really don't sing good. but if i were you, i'd go see your school's choir teacher, work with him/her and become able to sing your song flawlessly.

  4. alright. i write songs too. but.. i also play guitar. so i dont have the same problem. but.. you dont need "good voice" anymore.. there are so many artists and bands now that get by with random/sketchy lyrics that they sell to a movie for a soundtrack and they get HUGE.. and if its the music youre into.. stop worrying about credit/fame. its just doing what you love to do.

  5. my advice is to get a talented musician to sing your songs if your not good enough to do it your self

what was the point of naming all your songs, its not like we heard of them,

  6. Omg! That's like me too!!

If you have a lot of people invested in you, you could start a small label, where although artists will sing the song, you'd get all the credit because its all on your terms

and you could also do a duet with someone really good

This person might overshadow you, but at least you're still out there, and your song is being sang by you as well

  7. Get a vocal teacher or get a karoke that can change your voice and work it so that youll be better

  8. You can work for recording studios and be a writer.  Save your stuff for now.

  9. While you may not get the fame if another singer were to sing your songs, because of the way the music industry works, the people that make the most money are songwriters. That being said, if you took singing lessons and were to one day be a marketable musician, you could have the fame and the financial compensation that comes along with it.
