well i need to put on 7 pounds (3 kg) by december so that i can donate blood

BUT

i have a fast metabolism... although i actually have put on 4 pounds (2 kg) in the past 3 months....

so do you think if i eat more i can do it?

and also what kind of foods should i eat, and is there particular times of the day that your metonlism burns food at a slower rate? etc

  1. u dont spcify ur age incase ur age is below 30 or < blood donating in well of our health  weight reducins is does not mater this is ur work or ur activites prob ok i also a blood donater 6months to 6months i donate my blood  ok u dont worry this is not a helth problm ok


  2. Eat more and gain muscle mass.

  3. Carbs & Starches!! Your body has a hard time processing them because they turn straight to sugar no matter what your motabolism is. So eat lots of breads and potatoes, corn, rice, things like that.

  4. hm..so you want to GAIN?! 3 kg? to donate blood that sounds cool1!

    anyways..maybe you just have to eat alot of food..but not junk food eat alotta healthful stuff so i gain weight safetly cuz if u eat alotta junk food you may end up fat and with diabetes and stuff..so yah rice/bread/wheat etc. carbs are good  too..good luck!

  5. Carbs and starches. Potatoes and pasta are a good friend. But keep being active but try to do more muscle toning exercises to gain muscle mass. This should help you stay healthy while gaining weight. Good luck!

    By the way I really respect you doing this to donate blood that is very noble of you!!

  6. The trick is to starve yourself all day then eat a huge meal at dinner time ( 5 - 6 p.m. ). If you do this your body will go into starvation mode and slow down then when you gorge it won't have any idea what to do with all the fat. The best food to eat to achieve maximum obesity would be fried anything. The problem is once you go down this track you probably won't be able to go back to your previously lean self.

  7. eat a lot of bread pastas and any other kinds of carbs

    and eat a lot of sweets because the sugar helps you gain weight
