well i need to put on 7 pounds (3 kg) by december so that i can donate blood BUTi have a fast metabolism... although i actually have put on 4 pounds (2 kg) in the past 3 months....so do you think if i eat more i can do it?and also what kind of foods should i eat, and is there particular times of the day that your metonlism burns food at a slower rate? etc(realistic answers please)
