(1).this is the question. so if i see the girls arms with moles freckles when i go out and i like what i see me will think about it or day and night and play with my duck what can i do so i don't do this?

Every person has their own turn on.some peoples are pregnant people, or big b*****s...yours is just freckles or moles on girls.there is nothing really wrong with it.but if its really bothering you,then you can get a therapist and they'll help you out as much as they can.
