Reading Janome design cards with MC 10000

Question

I bought my MC 10000 in 2003. I got transferred overseas in 2004 and my machine went into climate controlled storage. Now, I amd back and anxious to get back to work. So much has changed in regards to hardware and software. My biggest problem is that the many Janome design cards I have won't read into the machine. I know I still have a couple of boxes missing. I think I have a Card Reader 10000 and a Customizer 10000. Also, the Easy Tranfer Cd I have says it is for Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0/2000. I am running Windows Vista on my laptop. Will this even work?
