  1. yes you do. if u  don't understand Arabic then its ok for you to read it in English. u still get sawab.

  2. yes you still get the sawab............. from what i have heard is that you get more hasanat reading the Quran in arabic

I wanna finish reading the Quran in English this Ramadan...........i really wanna know the meaning of it

  3. you should try to read Quran in Arabic and for the understanding you can read its translation.

Quran was been revealed in Arabic, so obviously hasanaat of it reading in Arabic is more ~!

  4. Learning and understanding quran is very good act. all good acts get rewarded by Allah.

Quran is in arabic and you can read quran only in arabic.

  5. The Qur'aan is not the Qur'aan in any language other than Arabic.

You do not receive the rewards mentioned in the Hadeeth as it specifically refers to the Arabic text of the Qur'aan.

English translations are nothing more than a meaning.

The rewards you receive are for trying to understand the Qur'aan. But you do not get the rewards mentioned in the Hadeeth because it specifies the Huroof of the Qur'aan in Arabic.
