Reading device for the blind or some who can't read

I am looking for a divce that you can run aross words in a book and it will read the word out loud for you. does anyone know where i can get one of these or buy them? Please help

You might try contacting the group known as Christian Record Braille.  They might be able to direct you to something like that.

Have you ever looked into Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic?
