Reading glasses error?

Question

I just got prescription reading glasses from walmart, and they have these purple streaks on the edges. Not streaks like designs, but streaks like smeared glue. Is this normal or were these poorly made and I should return them?

Dunno what that could be, but obviously it shouldn't be there, so yes, take them back and have them fix it.
