Reading glasses for PC?

Drs prescribed me a reading glass 0.75 +.I just got it.Now the letters look quite big (more big than I expected ) but my eyes feel relaxed reading that way.I also got one that was tinted.Now do I need to wear these reading glasses even while working on my PC?
