Reading glasses to help with computer eye strain?

i work on the computer all day and lately i have been getting a headache and i am pretty sure it's because i am straining my eyes too much trying to read stuff. someone suggested weak reading glasses might help. i have myopia and wear contacts all the time.

would reading glasses like +1.00 help and can i wear them while wearing my -2.00 contacts?

some professional advice would be most welcome

best go to your opticians theyll be able to advise you better than anyone on here.

Well, I am a trained doctor for about 2 years now. I suggest you take out your contacts and put on a little higher glasses.
