Real Estate Investment In Chennai Wise Now?

I want to buy a residential plot in chennai very badly. The prices of few plots which i had seen by jan have risen by 15% in march...I am pretty sure that the number of genuine buyers are very very less and the market has just to do with more of speculation....but still i want to invest on a plot but the prices are very unrealistic....will the land prices fall in the next few months? Should i wait for some more time before buying a plot? or is it wise to invest now? Please give me a relistic answer....thank u :)

Chennai is still getting a lot of foreign investments as compared to other places in India. it is still not late to invest here but I would suggest to invest either in Big lands or in New apartments in posh areas which will give the best returns to you.
