What real estate do celebrities use and how do they build their mansions and get the ideas of what they want to be done please help?

.     THe celebrities look at Architectural Digest to get ideas.  Then hire designers to make it perfect.   THey watch HGTV just like the rest of us.

They love to hire the newest hot designer.    They do not actually run around looking at property themselves, they send assistants out or buy a house they know of.    They tend to buy each others homes and already know them from being a guest at some point.
