Real Estate predictions for Boise/Nampa, ID 2009

Question

Does anyone know where I can find good information on Real Estate value predictions? I'm planning on moving there for 2009. We plan to move into an apartment in March on a month-to-month basis while we search for a house.

Odds are that the market there will be about the same next year as it is now. I don't know the Idaho market very well, but nationally I believe we are closing in on the bottom of the market. you can go to zillow.com to get an idea of how it is at the moment.

No one can predict the future in this economic environment.

Things will not be much different in 2009 than they are today.
