UEFA President has commented about the footballing prowess of the Spanish giants and expressed that Madrid facing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 would make a great Champions League final. 
Michel Platini admitted that he is quite excited about the final of the UEFA Champions League, as Europe’s top clubs compete for a place in the finale of the prestigious tournament.
This year’s final is set to take place at Allianz Arena in Munich, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904.
Although the preparations for the final may not have begun in Munich, UEFA’s president seems to be eagerly awaiting the conclusive match of the Champions League.
The 56-year-old was full of praise for the top two teams in the Spanish La Liga, as he stated that the two clubs have always remained the juggernauts of European football.
The French hero could not hold back his desire to watch Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid take on Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona in the final.
However, he did admit that even though these two teams are considered among the strongest in Europe, no one can be too sure about their participation in the final of the tournament.
He maintained that there is a lot of competition and any team can be in the final as the participants are finest of the continent.

La Blaugrana and Los Blancos locked horns in the Champions League last season and were able to put up a thrilling encounter. Barca emerged victorious over the Whites as they managed to accomplish a 3-1 aggregate over Madrid, winning 0-2 at Santiago
Bernabeu and drawing the fixture 1-1 at the Nou Camp.
Both teams have been massively successful in their respective Champions League campaigns so far they and are expected to proceed to the quarter-finals of the tournament with ease.

"I do not know who will play in it, but a match between Madrid and Barcelona could be a great final," he added.
UEFA’s president also commented on the Liga BBVA’s title race and remarked that the deserving team is going to win the league.
"In the end, whoever wins it will have deserved it," he maintained.
Champions League action returns this midweek as Europe’s top clubs will fight in order to become the champions of the continent, and have their names paved in history.
