Real Madrid vs. Sevilla – Spanish La Liga Review (Part 2)
It was a one-sided affair as the two teams kicked off at the Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid had nothing to lose and with such a strong line-up, while Mourinho simply showed that he wants to win the Spanish La Liga title before the season ends.
The Portuguese manager played the finest tactics, putting the team on attack and not giving Sevilla any chance in the game.
The game was a perfect recovery from Madrid’s adventures in Europe.
The match started with Sevilla showing a little spark in the final third. However, it did not take much time for Real Madrid to pick their game up and they were able to put the foot on the gas.

With the first half being entertaining, the second definitely had a lot more to show.
Sevilla against took a great start, but Madrid were the ones doubling their lead in the 48th minute. Angel Di Maria gave a phenomenal pass to Karim Benzema, who made no mistake to find the back of the net with his toe.
It took Madrid only four more minutes to help Benzema complete his brace. diving header.
The rest of the game saw Sevilla defending as Madrid kept on trying their luck on goal. However, it finished 3-0 in favour of Madrid, taking them in touching distance to claiming the Spanish La Liga title after 3 years.
