Real Madrid Sporting Director, Jorge Valdano, has heaped praise on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734, saying that the player has simply been the best throughout the season. He was talking in the wake of his team’s thumping 4-0 win over Getafe, courtesy a Ronaldo hat-trick
– second in as many games. Ronaldo has now scored 36 goals this season in the La Liga.
The match took place on Tuesday, May 10, at Stadio Santiago Bernabeu. The win had allowed Madrid to stay in the title hunt but Barcelona’s 1-1 draw against Levante UD has handed La Liga to the Catalans.
Valdano was delighted to see his team taking the game seriously and not underestimating their opponents. Ronaldo opened the scoring in the 24th minute and never looked back from their onwards. He scored his and the team’s second in the 58th minute

Further praising the Portuguese International, Valdano enthused, "Cristiano Ronaldo is amazing and a great professional. The team's performance was incredibly solid; the players only looked to pass the ball to Ronaldo more often than not when the game was

He appreciated the intensity shown by Los Blancos during the tie and believed that Madrid were a unlucky this season. He claimed that the Whites would be a totally different unit next season and could pose threat to many top sides both in the La Liga and
in Europe.
