The Brazilian defender has warned his teammates against complacency ahead of Los Blancos’ match against Osasuna on Saturday.
The Spanish giants are set to lock horns with Jose Luis Mendilibar’s men over the weekend in continuance of their Spanish La Liga campaign. The match will take place at Osasuna’s Reyno de Navarra Stadium.
Marcelo has expressed that Real Madrid need to approach Saturday’s fixture with caution as a trip to Pamplona could complicate things for the Santiago Bernabeu outfit.

The Brazilian stated that his side understand the uncertainty surrounding the fixture and will be at their best in order to secure all three points from it.
Los Merengues will hope to record a victory from the game on Saturday as the title race for the Liga BBVA trophy appears to be approaching its climax.

The competition between the two Spanish juggernauts, Barcelona and Real Madrid, is at its peak and neither of the teams would want to drop any points over the weekend.
Madrid’s match against Osasuna has particular hype attached to it as the Whites have appeared to be struggling in maintaining their lead at the top of the Spanish Primera Division’s league standings.
Their advantage over Barca, which stood at 10 points two weeks ago, has decreased to six points, after their two consecutive draws against Villarreal and Malaga.
According to Real’s official website, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Marcelo-c23554 was quoted as saying:
"It is always complicated to play in Pamplona. We have respect for Osasuna, but we'll play our own game and try to win. It will be difficult because it's a tough venue, but we'll give our all to take three points."
The defender then went on to discuss the role played by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-Ronaldo-c9629 in Los Vikingos’ campaign so far this season. He stressed that the Portuguese skipper is an integral part of the squad and there is a lot depending on him.
"http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-c9622 has made history at Real Madrid. He's scored 35 goals in La Liga this season and there are still nine games left in the championship. I hope he scores many more and helps us win titles," he stated.
As http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 take on the challenge of Athletic Bilbao at the Nou Camp on the same day, it will be interesting to see how the title race finally looks like when both teams are finished with their respective matches.
