How is planned a treasure hunting or diving?

I know that is expensive to search old treasures, but who keeps the items discovered? The State,the sponsor or the sailor?

iunno bout tunisia, but you can swim with dolphins in orlando, florida. at a place called Dicovery Cove. It's beautiful but expensive.
