The Real Madrid youth academy graduate has seen his career stall with the recently promoted outfit, with reports suggesting that he has had a fall-out with Miroslav Djukic.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alberto-Bueno-c4317 Calvo took out time to reflect on his situation at the Jose Zorrilla and his plans for the future with Real Valladolid.
The 24-year-old has seen little game action of late and was told by the club to search for options elsewhere. However, with the transfer window opening and closing shut, the versatile attacker continues in the ranks of El Pucela.
Bueno shared that he was informed at the end of last season that Real Valladolid do not require his services. He admitted that the news shocked him as even though he was not playing regularly, he was one of the more used squad member.
The 13 time capped http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 U-19 international stated he could not understand the reasoning on the club and cannot comment on it as he has no idea, whilst touching the subject on transfer monies, and his performance in the club’s purple colours.
When quizzed about his fall-out with Coach Miroslav Djukic, Bueno played down the matter. He stated that altercations between members of the first team are normal as such events are normal occurrences when people stay with each other for long durations.
“The club phoned my agent to tell him that they no longer wanted me for sporting reasons,” he said while talking to media representatives at a press conference.
“That seemed strange to me because last year I felt I was an important player. Perhaps I wasn't one of the 11 most-used players, but I was number 12.”
“That led to so much speculation - was it a personal thing, football-related, to do with money...? Everything seemed strange. Nothing happened last year to make things change. I didn't understand.”
“Of course there is a bit of friction but that is just what happens when you live and work together,” Bueno affirmed.
Real Valladolid have had a good start to the 2012/13 La Liga season, comfortably positioned in 5th place after accumulating 6 points from their three domestic outings.
