  3. real cow milk, if theres no cow around......get some "fresh milk" / not pasteurisiert / as organic as you can get.

  4. Well, I think the real question is...is milk in general good for health. Despite all the advertising, I think that there are better ways to get calcium. For one, a lot of people are lactose intolerant. In fact, as a species it took us a while to adapt to drinking milk from another animal without our bodies rejecting it. I have told people who claim they are not lactose intolerant to stop drinking milk for a week and see how your body reacts. They said that there "pollen and outdoor" allergies were almost non existent.LOL. Others did not have a drastic change but told me they just felt better. Anyway, although alot of dairy products can be tasty I would try to minimize my intake. Cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, sesame, and oranges are high in calcium, to name a few.
