Real estate Software?

Question

Does anyone know where to find some good software for evaluating real estate deals? Preferably free software, but if you know of something that just really really good, I dont mind paying a few hundred.

As far as I know, there isn't any good software for that. I spent a long time looking.

I had to design my own spreadsheet to do the evaluation.
