Hi all. Looking for a 3/2 in Sacramento, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights. I can afford $150-160K. I love the Arden area, although homes right by the Highway 50/5/80 interchange- South to 12th Street and East all the way to Rancho Cordova off of 50 are okay too.
Can you help me or guide me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it!!

No major fixers, but small issues are fine. Prefer garage and yard- open floor plan. No apartments, condos, etc.
