Real estate investing top lists

I"m looking for the best pre N.O.D. companies for the west coast.

This is a very specific question, I need a good list to market to.

I don't know how it is in CA, but here in Idaho we have title companies that go down to the courthouse  on a regular basis.  This information is usually 3 weeks sooner than the papers publish it. You could always ask them to email you the lists.

Another way is to get with the credit bureaus and buy their information on 30,60,90day mortgage lates.
