can we sell a house if we recently purchase with out penalty? we cannot afford it?

your're screwed  its funny if this is true with all that is going on in the housing market, the forclosures all the warnings and people still buying c**p they cant afford.  I hate to say it but I hope you get reemed.  lol

.   You can sell at any time for any reason.  Put up the For Sale sign tonight.  I'm serious. Home Depot is open now or just write For Sale on a big piece of cardboard.  What fun if someone drives by tonight and calls you.
