  1. Why in the world are you fighting anyway?  Is this an amateur thing, or are you street fighting?

Since its planned, I'm thinking you need to suck it up and back out of this one so that nobody gets hurt.  If the guy is really good, he'll knock your block off.

If it comes to it, the best thing you can do is tie him up so he can't punch.  Wrestle!  Get him on the ground so he can't pull back or twist his hips - this generates power in punches.  Boxers typically suck at ground fighting, so dive for his knees / legs (not his stomach) before he punches.  Drive forward and he'll fall - hopefully with you on top.  If you CAN get him in a headlock from the top, don't let go until he gives up.  That's your best chance to street-fight a boxer. (Do it on grass by the way, not a parking lot.)

But seriously, you're probably gonna get a black eye out of this, or worse.  I know kids fight; I did - but that doesn't make it smart or right.  Try to talk this guy out of fighting even if he calls you names or it's embarrassing.  Please.

  2. Can you run fast that is what you need to be working on it is better to hear people say there he goes than there he lays you know what I mean and if some one else laugh at you that does not have boxing experience then kick there *** your not a punk but your not stupid either. I don,t advacate fighting

  3. You won't win. I have seen boxer friends punish people very quickly. Get him to the ground where he has no training. Grab a hold of anything you can.

  4. Shoot in on his legs and take him to the ground.  NOBODY punches hard from their back.  Street fights and REAL fights are not a game.  You should only fight a real fight if you feel your life is threatened, and if thats the case then ANYTHING goes.  Kick him in the knee.  I guarantee you kick him in the knee he'll have a hard time moving well enough to hit you too hard.  Still your best bet is to take him to the ground and keep him there...if what you say is true there is absolutely no way you will beat him in a fist fight unless he has learned nothing over his 8 years of experience.  I do have to say though that a 14 year old probably cant hit hard enough to do THAT much damange, but it is amazing how big kids are getting at an early age these days.  Kick him in the knee and knee him in the face...FIGHT OVER!

  5. Try to duck his temple shot and go for the kidneys.

I don't advocate street fighting either but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do I guess.  Good luck kid-o.

  6. You're in a bad position. Try to work out your problem peacefully and go get some training. If this guy's a bully it is strange that he's behaving this way considering boxing is a discipline. I'm afraid his experience will check yours in a fair fight. Don't get hit first, keep distance. You're slim chance is on the ground. Tie up his hands, it has to go to the ground and hang in there long enough and it will be broken up.  Have confidence in yourself, U know U better than we do, so don't accept that U already lost no matter what WE SAY. And could U let us know how it went down,it could be very useful advice for future advice-Thanks.
