I hope you're talking about implants and not home decor.

In the case of plastic surgery, I prefer real over fake.

Regarding interior decorating, using real body parts is illegal.

As in breast implants, and such?

If it gives you confidence and esteem, go for it. Two of my friends have breast implants, they look great and above all are happy. Love to say real, but that's not always the case.

Otherwise, I'm confused as to why this question has appeared in this section?
