Realestate agent involved with ex-wife

Question

I just found out my real estate agent that is trying to sell my house is romantically involved with my ex-wife. And he is suppose to be representing both of us. Is this ethical???

Not ethical and you know it.  So does the agent.  You aren't going to get much satisfaction if you complain to the realty authorities.  There is no "punishment".   Just go along for now.  You know they can't do anything without your signature so you really haven't lost much. /

What do you mean he is representing both of you?  Is he the selling agent for the house that you currently jointly own with your ex?  Or is he selling your house and your ex is buying it so he is acting as both buying and selling agent?

If he is selling the house you currently own with your ex, what is the big deal?  He has nothing to do with the divorce...your divorce decree dictates who gets what.  Sounds like you are a jealous and/or bitter ex who might still have feelings for the ex.
