Realisticly how many pounds of muscle can i gain in 4 weeks?

i work out 5 or 6 days a week for an hour and a half. i have a good workout routine. i take whey protien. i am 15 years old.

  1. Its hard to say, everyones different. But, I've heard that a pound a month is around the limit..But, i'm not sure

  3. 5 pounds in a month would be a fantastic gain. Obviously there have been higher, but 5 is a lot. I don't know about 1.5 hours 5-6 days a week, though. Are you sure you're getting recovery time? http://rippedmuscle.blogspot.com
