Realllyyyy goood chicken recipe?

its from austraila or france.

the recipe is from a 5 star restraunt.

the chicken is really good.

the top is either sun dried tomato or bell pepper. idk it is red.

help please and the website with the recipe has a man(the chef) on it

OK was it like a casserole like lasagna maybe with pasta or rice or just peices of chicken with red on top? NO gravy?

If someone made it at school, you might have to track it down like that. Maybe call the teacher or a classmate that was there. I am trying but it's just not much to go on...
