Really BAD COMPUTER VIRUS

Question

ok i have a spyware and it has disabled everything i have even my controll panel and i managed to get my antispyware open and am running a full scan, but once i run this full scan how do i get it back to normal, the antispyware i have is SUPERanti-spyware, please help me im on the family computer doing this because it locked my out of my internet, it says i have over 1736 viruses but my antivirus has been running for over 20 minutes and it has only caught 177 of them, please help me PLEASE!!!!!

Well before you re-install your OS, download Spybot-Search&Destroy, update its definitions and run it on your computer in safe mode. Seeing your description , i think your system is infected with trojans rather than viruses.Trojans can replicate themselves, attaching them to system files. In safe mode Spybot has the access to all the files and can remove the infection using its secure shredder preventing their return. It is a freeware and very effective than most of the paid versions or spyware removal kits.

If it can't remove them, restart your computer and it will start removing them immediately

reinstall your OS. but first slipstream the updates.

1) Goto your friend/family PC.

2) Download Clamwin and install Clamwin portable

3) This software allow you to install the anti-virus program on a USB thumb drive.

4) Update the anti-virus definition files.

5) Take this USB drive with Clamwin installed to your infected PC.

6) Boot up your PC in safe mode.

7) Plug in the USB drive and run Clamwinportable.exe.

8) Scan your PC memory for virus.

9) Then scan all your hard drives for viruses.
