Really Cheap Eats in Fremantle?

Question

Does anybody know where to get a hot meal in Freo(Western Australia) Really cheap. The up markets have plates of noodles and/or fried rice for $2.50 but they are not open every day. Any suggestions? And no Maccas or Hungary Jacks please.

Go in at the back of McDonalds and wait for them to pitch some food into their garbage. May not be hot, kinda depends on the weather!
