Question:

Really Good Dreams?

I in no way have a bad life, I am very happy with my life and I couldn't ask for better really.

I don't know if this is normal but practically 99% of the time I go to bed or even doze off I have a very vivid dream of some sort, it confuses me when others say they don't dream often because that just seems like a boring sleep. Anyway, my dreams always ranged from horrific nightmares, moderate scary nightmares, regular basic dreams, good dreams, and just absolutely epic dreams. The dreams I hate having are the very very very good dreams, because they are always so great and I always seem to wake up at the pinnacle of the dream, and at that point I would saw off my own arms to get back into that dream at least for another 10 minutes. I know this is an odd request..

But is there anyway to stop having REALLY good dreams? I'm tired of being teased by them. :(

  1. I know what you mean.  Sometimes, when you wake up and you realize that those are only dreams (good ones), you may feel regret waking up.  On the contrary, you may feel glad when you wake up from bad dreams or nightmares.

This is probably about your perosnalities, some people tend to like the positive ways in life, in your case, just the other way around, you want to experience to worse in dream to see the good in waking life.

Unfortunately, there is no way to stop it.  Dreams are from your subconscious mind.  You can suppress it, but not stopping it.  By not remembering it is another issue.  You probably have mixed up of dreams, but you just had to remember the good ones because subconsciously you feel that what you are falling into. And again that reflects your personalities in reality

  2. god i have never had a "REALLY good dream" in my LIFE...

i would trade dreams with u anytime!

    well maybe not...

anyway, find more things 2 do!

    try 2 4get about them

the same thing happens 2 me, about "always seeming 2 wake up at the pinnacle or cliffhanger of the dream". but i try 2 4get about it during the day and it usually works.

  3. get a bad life or a hectic lifestlye

  4. Get into more activities. Have more things to do. Develope more relationships until you are busy almost always. This way it will be hectic. You will not be so relaxed and always have jolly happy dreams, but since you already love your life, you will probably not have absolutely horrific nightmares, either.
