I have two parents and one full blood brother. My brother has a half brother, but I don't. How is this possible?

Maybe your half brother only has one parent like the rest of us and that's why he's a half brother to you.  :)

It says "one full blood brother", that could mean he is full blooded to your parents. If you are not (could be adopted) then he can have a half brother.

So you are adopted.
