  1. NEUROPHEN PLUS..

  2. Birth control will ease your period pain. But if you can't get onto it for certain reasons. I would suggest a warm bubble bath, and maybe a hot water bottle on your lower tummy.

Good luck, cramps are the worst.

  3. Its natural hence u need to cope up with it!

  4. see you doctor about going on the pill...tell him what the problem is and this should help...they are special tablets nowadays to help with period pains which i have never personally used but i have heard that they are good, plus gentle exercise can actually help ease period pains... not that you will actually feel like doing that whilst you feel as you do but if you can it does help

  5. You can get birth control to help with that.  Or a prescription.

  6. Hemp seeds are supposed to help and you can find further information in a web search for "hemp seeds" + "menstrual pain"

  7. have you tried MIDOL?

    it helps me..

but when i was younger (apprx. 14)

my parents had to take me to the doctor...

and the doctor gave me these prescribed pills that had a little of morphine in them.

it kinda numbed my period pain...  but then i got off of them as i grew older... its just a stage... dont worry... as time passes by it will ease off.

but try contacting your doctor.  (gynacologist)

  8. if it really is as bad as you say it it, take a trip to the doctors, you can go with or without your mom, and they will be able to advise you in the best possible way.

there isn't any need to be embarrassed, doctors hear things like this all of the time!

  9. My girlfriend alway puts a hot water bottle on he belly, she it helps the contracting muscles relax.

  10. Try Feminax over the counter tablets from chemist specifically for this problem. If that doesn't work go to doctors could be endometriosis which a friend of mine had.

After suffering for years and being told it was normal and just live with it by her mother she finally went to doctors and this was the problem, trouble was because it had lasted so long she was left with ectopic pregnancy  and had to have womb removed, she didn' have children!

My sister had same problem and needed ivf in finish to have her one and only child.

    Don't suffer in case!!!!!!

  11. i am so sorry. i had TERRIBLE cramps the other day...i was really sick and could barely move too, so i know how you feel and it is miserable. what i did was took medicine and sat with a heating pad on my back and on my stomach and tried to fall asleep and i woke up fine. but obviously you can't always sleep it away because you might have things you have to do. but maybe you could ask to go on birth control? or see a doctor?

  12. I'm sorry you are going through this.  I've dealt with this myself since i started my period many years ago.  I don't know if you've gone to your doctor but that's a great place to start.

I've found that during the first 2 days of my period, I must take some kind of pain-reliever/anti-inflamitory like motrin at least every 4-6 hours.  I even have to take it in the middle of the night when it wears off.  It seems better if I really stay on top of the pain.

Even with this, I've had many days in my life when I was totally debilitated.  The doctor has given me stronger meds from time to time but they make me so sleepy I'm still not myself and have to stay in bed anyway.

I have found that being healthy with daily exercise, eating right and keeping my weight down makes it some better.

I strongly encourage you to keep a log of your symptoms and really keep on top of your doctor.  You could have a condition like endrometriosis or something else other than typical menstrual pain.

  13. i am exactly the same, it is awful ain't it, well firstly try a nice warm bath or a hot water bottle i use heat pads that you can buy form most sops and place it on my lower back this can help to!! if that doesn't work then try going to your doctor and they can prescribe you some pain killers that are stronger then the ones in the shop, and if not you an only go for some sort of birth control! hope iv helped i go through the same it horrible isn't it ! :( good luck hun!x

  14. The only thing that I found that works is Co-codamol. It can be bought over the counter at the chemist so perhaps you can send someone along to get you some. It is also the cheapest pain killer that I have found. The only drawback is that it can make you feel drowsy but when the pain is this severe it at least offers you the opportunity to get some relief with some sleep!

    Take care

  15. yea i too have terrible pain.pain killers never worked for me.thought it would ease  a bit after marriage but nothing drastic happened, now am a mother of a five year old.try applying franch oil,its called natural healing oil,and massage gently the day  periods start preferably a few minutes after the start,it works well.wish u a speedy recovery

  16. hot water bottle works.   also try nurofen extra i think they are the strongest pain killers without prescription.
