Really bad stomach pains? ?

i have REALLY bad stomach pains, and i used to get them everyday but now i only get them like once every five days. There extremely bad and i don't know why i get them. does anybody know why i get them

since you gave very vague symptoms i can only hazard a few guesses and advise you to seek medical attention

1) It could be an air pocket in the muscle tissue

2) Internal bleeding (i said i would guess)

3) A problem with your intestines

With more info i would be able to tell you more.
