Really bad stomach pains?

For the past few days I've been getting severe stomach pains a few times throughout the day, and I simply cannot figure it out.

I know this is a very vague question, but any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

  1. It it stomach pains? Is it in the abdominal region on the left side, right side, upper, or lower? You have to be more specific.

  2. Try a diet for one day. Only eat toasted bread, water, (real) mashed potatoes, and white unsalted rice. It may not be the best tasting food but its the best for your tummy when it hurts. Tea is good too (without sugar). Oh, and see a doctor if it this persists.

  3. Ugh-  that's not good.  If you've been using antacids or drinking peppermint tea and it hasn't been doing a thing, you definitely need to see a doctor.

Are you talking about just spontaneous pains?

  4. Consider the following:

*What are you eating and drinking that could cause this?

*Are you under any added stress?

*Are you eating at least three good meals of healthy food?

I'd start by taking a digestive enzyme or natural anti-acid. If that still doesn't work, best to contact the doctor.

  5. Go to your doctor and tell them everything that's wrong, they would be able to help you out a LOT better. Good luck!

  6. Where abouts are the pains? Is it a constant pain that is kinda there then when you move it hurts really bad? It might be your appendix. I went through that a while back. I couldnt get any relief. I went to the hospital and while I was waiting to be examined it ruptured. Thank god I was at the hospital

  7. FOOD POISONING? Maybe. I had it and i felt like  was about to die.

  8. Visit your doctor. It could be several things. Appendix pain can be really extreme but usually settles on the RHS just below the belly button. That needs checking out fast!! Have you experienced any diarrehea or constipation? Not a nice question, I know but you could also be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. Which depends on the types of foods that you are eating and level of stress. You could still be eating the same things for years and Bang! it happens. Best to see your doctor as they can do tests if they think you need them. Good Luck!
