  1. Do you drink bottled water?  Most people get their fluoride from their drinking water.  If you are drinking bottled or heavily filtered water, you are losing alot of the nutrients you need to make your teeth healthy.  If you are not drinking water, and drinking sodas instead you aren't giving your body the nourishment it needs to build healthy teeth.

Also make sure you are drinking plenty of milk to make sure you are getting adequate calcium.  That type of problem with your teeth shows bad hygiene or bad diet.  Try not only brushing, but using a germ killing mouthwash with fluoride.  You also may be brushing incorrectly.

  2. i have thise problem and i totally understand your feeling too, i had at least 8 filling or so and 8 of my teeths were taking offffffff

  3. I don't, but I do know someone who has that similar thing going on.

  4. Then you must be drinking too much soda pop or sport drinks....

The constant bathing of the teeth with sugary, fizzy, acid liquid weakens the teeth, and leaves them susceptible to decay....

Change your habits....switch to water, milk or low acid juices (no citrus)

  5. Nope i do not. and tht sux for you...

  6. I'm 15.. And I just drank 2l of coke, I have a serious addiction... eh. 2 fillings on my back molars but last time I went the curry lady said I needed 2 more... No problems though. My dad has bad teeth as well, it's genetics.

  7. i used to have plenty aswell, luckily my those were all my baby teeth.

if i was you i would try to consume plenty of dairy stuff like milk and youghurt. also the biggest culprit of tooth decay is sugar, so keep away from fizzy drinks!!
