Really depressed for a couple of days??? sign of period coming again soon?

i was really depressed because my friends were leaving me out abit..but i i would usually not get so upset about it...my periods are still irregular but today i was alright

what could this have been?

Yes, this could be a sign of your period coming soon.  If you start to notice that you still feel this way over the next couple of weeks please get a hold of your doctor so that they can evaluate the situation further.

Hormone heaven hun, that's the problem, just before your period is due us women get a massive change in hormones, this can make us weepy, depressed, fed up, cant be bothered doing anything and feeling really sorry for ourselves, this is so normal as your periods aren't regular yet, it will get better with time, we can take things to heart due to the way we feel but your friends haven't done anything different, you have just blown everything out of proportion and looked into things too deeply, try to fight these feeling hun, think happy thoughts and it might help, you are a normal women who's hormones are playing silly buggers with you, hope you feel better soon and keep your chin up.xx
