  2. Hello there, just visit http://doiop.com/topschools for go back to school information and tips.....

    Good luck

  3. yes.

you apply to colleges early like some time in jan.

once you get your accept letter

then once you finish high school you will okay to go cause then you give the college your high school your completed high school transcript to them.

  4. The things that matter the most when you apply to college are your GPA, SAT scores and sometimes class rank (are you in the top 10% 5%, 1%)  They don't really look at foreign language as much.  (English, Math, Science and Social Studies matter the most so you want to take plenty of these and do well in them.)

Some kids might already know a second language---especially with Spanish and you being in California--- and so depending on that, colleges might not care if they have even one year of a foreign language.  It just depends on if you are already bilingual.

Well, by the end of senior year, you will have 2 full years of Spanish.  That should be enough, even if you aren't bilingual to begin with.

If you don't apply to SFSU or SJ State, you will definitely not get in.   If you apply you might get in.  APPLY.  If you don't get in, it will probably be because of reasons other than not having more than 2 years of Spanish.  Good luck.

Have a great senior year, stay involved and keep up your G.P.A.

  5. I don't know what the language requirements are for those colleges, however, I usually get around requirements by substituting other assets.  Maybe you can take summer classes from two schools thereby getting 12 credits instead of six.  Also, find out if you can go to a special school (private) and get credits.  Another route is see if you might be able to take the GRE or some other test in Spanish to show your efficiency in the language and maybe that  could substitute for some credit.

  6. i think you live in the united states and you should not be learning spanish unless you plan on leaving and living in mexico i do believe that the spanish speaking immigrants should definately take some english classes. thank you.

  7. More than likely. Just apply and see what happens.
