  1. Well, you can request special games where you can play against other beginners or you can do what I would do...... try to get better at it by exercising and practicing almost all day.

    Good Luck!

  2. if your not the sport type than the only thing i can tell you is find a cute boy and ask him for "special help" cuz ur a beginner

you might get more out of that class then just a couple p.e. credits

  3. Well in my MMA Class everyone is older and,They have been there longer,I am 15,There all in there 20's. I get over it because there are cool people, and I talk with them and they give me tips.

  4. Best way to get over it, stick close to a trainer... he will have your back.

Second, learn about each aparatus in the gym, and learn how to use it.

Chances are with your age height and weight you are significantly quicker than the buff fellers at the gym.  Start shadow boxing with weights, and have a trainer/ coach show you how to hit the speed bag.

You won't be paired with a bigger person for sparring, so don't worry about getting your *** kicked by some big bad ***.

  5. The #1 virtue when it comes to boxing is courage.  An admired boxer is one that never quits.  That includes looking sloppy.  Just keep at it, because all  you need to do to earn respect is to keep going.

Never run away, never quit, and you'll never lose your dignity.

  6. Make friends with them and you wont feel as uncomfortable, practice and if you have any questions ask your coach or ask one of your team mates or boxing mates.

  7. Do you love boxing? If yes, it doesn't matter if you're good or not. Just go out there and show them what you are.
