Really embarrassing question

what is a good breakfast that has NO cooking in it at all and has know toast or wth toast

  1. A smoothie!


  2. cereal... Instant grits or oatmeal (just add really hot water or microwave)... microwavable pancakes or waffles...  

  3. Cereal and left overs.

    I love ice creams for breakfast too!

  4. Make up a slice or 2 of toast, spread on some apple sauce and sprinkle on some cheese and then microwave.

    Any left overs.

    Yogurt, v-8, and some fruit with a granola bar

    Cereal with berries, or banana's sliced over the top.

    Cereal mixed with yogurt.

    Poptarts/toaster strudels

    Frozen waffles or pancakes

    Micowave omlet in a ziplock baggie

    or for futer non cook breakfasts keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge or make up your own french toast, pancakes, and waffles to keep in the freezer (frozen individually then put in a baggie so they don;t stick together) and just pull out and stick in the micrwave however many you need/want.

    I also don't get how the question is embasrassing. There is nothing wrong with a cold or microwaved breakfast.

  8. fruit, yogurt, orange juice,stir together and you have a breakfast. I do this every morning, i will buy the yoplait lite.  Pour in glass, add o.j. & fruit, stir.  yummy

  13. cut up fruit mixed with yogurt, a cereal bar, cereal of course,a banana cut long ways and dipped into a plain yorgurt or cut up in cottage cheese(any fruit in or with it for that matter) a handful of nuts and berries..Maybe something will work for you!  Much healthier than eating out..
