okay well im trying to loose weight and i got the basic healthy foods like fruits and veggies but between 8in the morning till 3in the afternoon i need stuff to eat and munch on cuz when i get home i wanna pig out on tons of unhealthy foods also i want my work to be good and with no lunch break thats hard.anyways what are things i cant eat and munch on and will hold me over till dinner?a nice list would be good i got the fruits and veggies down!!!!helppp.
