Really important question about small business?

I have been given the chance to start my own business and i cant decide on witch retail to go with they both have a very good business pitch

the two ive narrowed it down to is

clothing or video games /electornics

what i was wandering is witch is more intresting and fun witch makes more profit the pros cons any info you could give me would be great when this question is closed feel free to email me

I think video games is better.  When one store is out of a certain game, they go to the next until they find it.  Also you have to see witch one is needed.  You dont want to open a video game store when there is one next store.  You have to weigh your options.
