Really mean step-sister and step-dad!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay, i have this friend. She has a 4 year old stepsister and step dad. Her sister is a spoiled brat thats always lying to get revenge, she bites her own arm and says that my friend did it, when shes just having a bad day, she lies to her dad that my friend hit her or something like that, and her dad wont belive whatever my friend says about her. It's oviouse that he can even tell the size of the bite on her skin, but hes just being stupid!! But the problem is, she cant do anything about it or shes grounded. And when shes grounded, its the worst thing ever. And shes ONLY 4!!!! My friend is scared of a 4 year old, her stepsister no less, her stepdad will belive ANYTHING the stepsister says!!

maybe because the stepdad dosent know you very well that he thinks your friend is picking on his daughter i dont know maybe she should try explaining how she feels to him

i think u need to tell ur friends mother if they have one, because that little girl needs to get her *** whopped or somthing.
