Really moody today, How can I snap out of it??

  1. go have a nice 30 min walk and have some red bull :)

  3. well first of all sit down and watch a film have a cup of tea(  or wat eva u like ) and sum ffood and just sit and relax

    and think ah i cant be bothered to deal wiv all ma problems today i will just leave em till tomorrow hope this helps xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Some times you can't and you just have to admit it to yourself and  let it run it,s course. I tell me family " It's not a good day and just bare with me" I will take some Quite me time and just get through the day. Good Luck!

Make up your mind you are not going to let your emotions control you.  Buck up and think positively and make yourself happy.  No one can do that for you...YOU need to realize that life is good.  It might have it's moments but you alone can change your mind.  Just tell yourself to snap out of it and do something good for someone else..that will always make you feel better.


  11. Start praising the Lord.  It works every time.  Just go around the house saying, "Praise the Lord.  Praise His Holy Name, Jesus"

  12. Take a look at some of the faces on the World Vision website, that should to do it.

    eat something you really like

    or

    buy something you can afford and would brighten your day

    or

    play your fav game thats extremely violent (works for me heh)

    watch funny videos, try newgrounds or similar flash sites

    or

    if you have yourself a mate, nothing like good love makin to ease the stress or make the birds chirp

    or

    workout with some power lifting or cardio, working out really does snap you out of any negative mood.. seriously.. i had no effing clue it did untill i actually tried it..

  15. play your favorite cd, go for a walk,watch a funny movie, call up your best friend and chat. a hot shower  some times helps me to calm my nerves. HAVE A GREAT DAY
