Question

Ok so I'm 13 years old and I was wondering if I could take Acidophilus and Colonic??? Would it hurt me or would it be good for me to take? I am just wondering

Well, Acidophilus won&#039;t hurt you.  I&#039;d probably stray away frmo the Colonic for a while though.  

This use of a colonic is not supported by mainstream medical practitioners and governing bodies, who recommend the use of enemas only in cases of constipation, though its use to treat a variety of ailments has persisted in popular use despite lacking scientific support.

I&#039;d probably never get one, but I&#039;ve taken Acidophilus before.  Best of luck!
