Really need to lose two stone int got time to go gym work till 7 at night any good diets i can follow?

i also suffer bad skin dont want to make the problem worse

  1. Drink LOADS of water - try and drink at least 2 litres a day.

    Eat lots of vegetables.

    Cut out white bread and white pasta.

    Eat more potatoes.

    Cut out sauces - try low fat creme fraiche mixed with mustard as a tasty alternative.

    Eat a big healthy breakfast.

    Get yourself a work out DVD and try and do it a few nights a week.

    For snacks - have chopped vegetables with a low fat salsa, or a handful of cherry tomatoes.

    Allow yourself

    Be realistic and don't be too hard on yourself.
