Is there cosplay camps? Like a week camp?? Or something?

Not that i've heard of.

Conventions are usually weekend long but you could probably try and organise a weeks holiday camp like thing.

Though i'd advise against it.

Though it seems like a fun idea, cosplaying/conventions are an expensive hobby for 3 days let alone a week.

Plus the time/effort required to organise needs to be endless!
