Can anyone help me find the names of three protein functional groups?

I need to find 3 so that I can than find there function, where they are found in nature, there amino acid sequence, and molecular weight..

AnY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Proteins are polymers of different sequences using the 20 naturally-occurring amino acids.  These amino acids each have a unique structure that translates to a correspondingly unique sides chain chemical group in the protein.  It is these amino acid side chain structures that confer unique function to the protein.  So, you can think that 20 functional groups exist in proteins that arise from the amino acid sequence.  Specific examples are:  carboxyl (-COOH), hydroxyl (-OH), sulfhydryl (-SH), aliphatic (-CH3), amide (-CH2-CONH2), etc.
